Camp Starshine Returns: Art, Astrology & the Magic of Being You

WEEK ONE

Week 1 is all about getting closer to the four elements — Fire, Water, Air, and Earth — and discovering how they show up in personality, emotions, creativity, relationships, and everyday life. Through astrology, movement, reflection, and art, girls will learn to understand themselves in a deeper and more playful way.

Each day focuses on one element and its themes:

Fire — identity, courage, vitality, confidence, and self-expression

Water — intuition, emotions, healing, imagination, and sensitivity

Air — beliefs, voice, communication, perspective, and connection

Earth — grounding, values, stability, persistence, and nature

Girls will explore these themes through approachable astrology lessons, personal reflection, storytelling, meditation, and chart exploration.

Art Overview

The art portion of Week 1 focuses on identity, intuition, perspective, and connection to nature. Projects are designed to help girls explore who they are while building confidence in their creative voice.

Art techniques may include:

Gelli printing

Watercolor

Linocut printing

Collage

Creative journaling

Nature-inspired art

The intention behind Week 1 is to help girls feel more connected to themselves, their emotions, and their unique way of seeing the world.

No screens. No scrolling. Just real connection, big creativity, and a community of girls showing up fully — for each other and for themselves.
