My spiritual journey is a journey from the head to the heart.  I have studied for years with a spiritual healer and worked closely for decades with spiritual advisors.  My connection with Source is what guides me to play Sound Bowls.

Sound baths and breathwork are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness inviting deep relaxation and journeying into self-exploration.  

 As a sound healer, life coach, and massage therapist, my vision is to live in love, laughter, and deep connection with all beings.  My playful, intuitive approach embodies both wisdom and lightheartedness.
